Japanese New Year in japan is celebrated on 1st January.
Thai New Year is celebrated on 13th april or 14th april.
Vietnam New Year is celebrated between 20th January to 20th February.

Hijri New Year in the islamic culture is also known as islamic new year. The first day of the year is observed on the first day of Muharram, the first month in the islamic calendar.
Israel New Year usually falls during august or september. January 1st is not celebrated in Israel as new year.

<b>South Asian/India:</b>

Christians in india, celebrate new year on 1st January.
Sri Lankan New Year is celebrated between april 13th and 14th april.
Tamil New Year is also celebrated on 13th april or 14th april.
Telugu New Year is celebrated in the month of march.
